Description

This award recognizes a builder who has delivered an outstanding attached production-built home that exemplifies superior design, quality, and functionality. Eligible homes must be part of a production-built community and feature attached configurations such as townhomes, duplexes, or semi-detached units. The winning project should demonstrate excellence in architectural appeal, craftsmanship, and livability, while meeting the needs of today's homeowners and setting a high standard for residential development in Durham Region.
