AWARD JUDGING 

The Durham Region Homebuilders' Association uses independent judges to ensure that all nominees receive a fair chance of winning their category. Online judging will take place from March 1st, 2024 to March 15th, 2024.

To qualify to be a judge, one must:

Be 18 years of age or older

Be involved in the housing industry

Not be a member of DRHBA

Not be nominated for an award
